Southampton Churches Come Together for Outdoor Service |

Bishop Rhiannon joined hundreds of people at an outdoor service in Southampton’s Guildhall Square on Good Friday, bringing together worshippers from churches from across the city, along with members of the public who stopped to watch and listen. |

Meet the Parish Support Team |

Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing a bit of information about each of the diocesan teams, to give a better understanding of how we can support the communities of our diocese. First up: the Parish Support Team!
The Parish Support Team is responsible for a wide range of areas, including generosity and stewardship, grant funding, the Common Mission Fund (CMF), digital giving and alternative income generation, Net Zero Carbon funding, caring for God’s creation, Racial Justice, the Clerical Registry, clergy housing, and the Diocesan Advisory Committee for the Care of Churches (DAC). |

Daily Prayer Sessions with Lectio 365 |
Monday-Thursday, 8:30-8:50am, Online
Would you be interested in joining us for new daily online prayer gatherings that combine reflective prayer with intercessions for our diocese? Starting from 6 May, these gatherings are intended to be a deeply encouraging pause in the day to hold people and places together in faith for their flourishing and growth, while also finding personal nourishment from reflections based on the Lectio 365 app.
Please note that these meetings will take place during term time (according to Hampshire school holidays), and won't run on bank holidays.

This session for clergy will provide an opportunity to unpack the topic of Racial Justice from a theological and biblical perspective, looking at practical examples of working towards racial justice in relation to systems and structures. It will also offer the chance to reflect together on what it might look like to implement racial justice in our everyday lives. |
